Resume Wingman provides AI-powered resume optimization services, including but not limited to:

• Resume analysis and keyword matching
• Job experience enhancement and rewriting
• Cover letter generation
• Job application tracking
• ATS (Applicant Tracking System) optimization

You understand that our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions and content, and that you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use in actual job applications.

4. Content and User Responsibility

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, documents, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for Content that you post on or through Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

Important: You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated resumes and cover letters before submitting them to employers
• We are not responsible for any employment outcomes, interview results, or hiring decisions
• You should verify all information in AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness

5. Prohibited Uses

You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To generate false, misleading, or fraudulent resume content or job applications
• To use the Service to apply for positions you are not qualified for or to misrepresent your qualifications
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful

6. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

7. Subscription and Billing

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start your free trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to continue using the Service.

7.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

• AI-generated resume content will result in job interviews or employment offers
• AI-generated content will be free from errors or inaccuracies
• Your resume will pass any specific ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• You will receive any particular employment outcome from using our Service

10. Limitation of Liability

IN ADDITION, YOU AGREE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Any employment consequences, including failure to obtain interviews or job offers
• Any decisions made by employers or their ATS systems
• Any inaccuracies in AI-generated content that you fail to review or correct

11. Data Privacy and Security

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and resume data.

You acknowledge that:

• Your resume and job application data will be processed by AI systems
• We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data
